Terms of Service

1. The service

100X AI CLUB provides AI learning content, masterclasses, resources, a private member community and related tools. Programme formats, schedules and content may evolve over time.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created and activated by our team. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. One account per person; sharing access is not permitted.

3. Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, hateful, misleading, spammy or infringing content. Do not harass other members, scrape the platform, resell access, or attempt to bypass security controls.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms.

4. Intellectual property

All masterclass recordings, prompts, templates, guides and other materials remain the property of 100X AI CLUB or their respective owners. They are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use during your membership. Redistribution, resale or public sharing is prohibited.

You keep ownership of content you post, and grant us a licence to display it inside the platform.

5. Payments and renewals

Memberships are annual and priced as shown at checkout. Access is activated after payment confirmation and remains active until the renewal date. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. No guarantees

We provide education, tools and community. We do not guarantee any specific business, revenue or career outcome. Results depend on your own implementation.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or removed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the membership fee you paid in the preceding twelve months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.
