Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because membership unlocks immediate access to premium digital content, community access and resources, please read this policy before joining.

1. Digital access
Membership gives instant access to digital content — masterclass recordings, prompt libraries, templates, guides and the private community. For this reason, membership fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
2. Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged twice, charged without receiving access, or a payment failed but was still debited, contact us with your payment reference and we will verify and refund the incorrect amount.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not create a pro-rata refund for the current membership year. Your access remains available until your renewal date.
4. Elite membership
Elite includes scheduled one-to-one mentorship. If Elite is cancelled, unused mentorship hours are not refundable, and mentorship sessions must be used within the membership year.
5. Programme changes
If we permanently discontinue the membership during your paid period, we will offer a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused period.
6. How to request
Email hello@100xaiclub.com with your registered email, member ID and payment reference. We respond to refund requests within 7 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
