Membership information: member ID, membership tier, membership status and renewal date.

Content you create: community posts, comments, likes, bookmarks, messages and uploads.

Technical information: device type, browser, referring page, marketing campaign parameters and basic usage events used to understand how the platform is performing.

2. How we use your information

To create and manage your account, activate your membership and issue your digital membership card.

To operate the community, masterclasses, resource library, messaging and support.

To send membership updates, announcements, masterclass reminders and important service notices.

To improve the platform, measure marketing performance and prevent abuse.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or banking credentials on our servers.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, database, email and payments), and where required by law.

Community content, your display name, photo and member profile are visible to other members by design.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level access rules so members can only read what they are entitled to. Access to administrative tools is restricted to authorised staff.

6. Your choices

You can update your profile at any time from your dashboard, unsubscribe from marketing messages, or request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your theme preference, enable offline support and measure funnel performance.

8. Children

The platform is not intended for use by children under 13.
